Waugh supports hooligan register
Australian one-day cricket captain Steve Waugh today said he supported the creation of a
national register of cricket hooligans following crowd trouble at recent games.
"I think that's (a national register) not a bad idea," he told journalists.
"They do a similar sort of thing with soccer in England with video cameras and
surveillance. They've got certain people they don't let in the ground.
"If people continually make trouble they shouldn't be there watching …
